About – The Evolution Of Apple iPhones and its Features

  • The iPhone 3G was released with A-GPS location, facility and it supported the 3G cellular network for making video calls and surfing the web at high speed.
  • The iPhone 4 was released with Retina Display, which was having 5MP primary camera and it captures video in 720P.
  • However, iPhone 4S is updated with 8MP camera and having 1080p video record facility. The dual-core A5 processor is equipped with this model and it was having a natural language voice control application called Siri.
  • The dual-core A6 processor, 4” Retina Display and LTE support were the main features of iPhone 5. The 5c also has the same features but a backside-illuminated camera was added. The 5S featured with a dual-core 64-bit A7 processor, LED Flash, touch ID fingerprint scanner and with integrated home buttons.
  • The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are released in 2015. The display sizes of both models are 4.7 inches and 5.5 inches respectively. To increase the performance, it was featured with A8 Chip and M8 motion co-processor. Both models have 12 MP primary cameras.

Features of latest models

The latest models of iPhones are having advanced features than any other Smartphones brands and it uses the iOS 9 as its operating system. It is available in four different colors such as Silver, Gold, Grey and Rose. The internal storage of these devices is available from 16GB to 128GB.

The iPhone 7 is the next model and it will be released within 2016. Rumors about this model say that it includes a 3100mAh battery to provide long battery life and 256 GB internal storage.
